DIMISA designs and manufactures Overland conveyors of many types including long overland type, curved open conveyors, regenerative systems, ascending conveyors, and systems with elevated structure to pass over difficult terrain.

These conveyor systems may have steel cord belts, multiple drives, load sharing and speed control between multiple drive control systems with VFD’s, complex take up systems, brakes and inertia wheels among other special design characteristics.

DIMISA designs these conveyors considering dynamic analysis of operating, starting, stopping and power failure scenarios and evaluating the system for different loading conditions to ensure availability of the conveyor even after special events such as power failures.
